Part-Time Research & Events Coordinator

Panic Stations is seeking a part-time Admin & Events Coordinator in London to support the Skeleton Crew group on a 6-month fixed-term contract (Mondays–Wednesdays). You’ll turn research and admin into actionable plans, coordinate events, and manage procurement with discretion and accuracy.

Responsibilities span venue sourcing, supplier management, and weekly status reporting, with a strong emphasis on timely, well-documented delivery. In-person venue viewings are required in London.
