Farmfoods Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Chargehand at our Monkspath distribution centre in Solihull. The role is permanent and full time, with 5 days out of 7 and two shifts (Day 08:00–17:00, Late 14:00–22:00).
You will plan staffing, maximise efficiency, supervise the team, ensure health and safety compliance, manage inductions and develop staff while delivering KPI targets in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include paid breaks, 30 days leave, and staff discounts.
