Family Support Worker – Visiting Centre

Pact (the Prison Advice & Care Trust) is recruiting a Family Support Worker (Visits Centre Assistant) at HMP Stoke Heath. Based in the visitor centre, you will welcome families, provide information, organise activities for children and ensure refreshments to make visits positive and stress-free.

You will work with colleagues and partner agencies to safeguard and protect children, handle difficult situations calmly, and contribute to improving family support services.
