Circle Health Group’s Three Shires Hospital in Northampton is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy Department on a bank, as-and-when-required basis.
You will conduct medication reviews, provide patient advice, support safe prescribing, review prescriptions, promote cost-effective use, and work with procurement to ensure medicines availability. Applicants should have MPharm/BSc/BPharm, GPhC registration, and hospital pharmacy experience.
