Inbound Sales Manager & Team Coach (London Hybrid)

Venatrix is recruiting a Sales Manager (AE Team Lead) in London to lead a 10-strong Account Executive team. The role is 100% inbound, coaching-led, with a base £45-£55k and £90k-£110k OTE, in a hybrid London setup.

You’ll own the quarterly £250k team target, drive forecasting, performance reviews and a structured sales playbook, with exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to progress as the business scales internationally.
