Contract Manager – Team Leader

Overview

Join Worldline as a Contract Manager supporting key contracts through negotiations and delivery. You will act as a commercial enabler, protecting revenues and identifying levers, while advising on interpretations, negotiations, and strategic decisions. You will ensure compliance, track obligations, and manage risks across the account and delivery teams in collaboration with Legal and Finance. Your role includes leading complex negotiations, coordinating with Legal Counsels, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. This position offers impact by shaping contract governance and risk management within transport/mobility operations.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive member of the Worldline delivery team, advising and collaborating on contract execution to protect Worldline’s interests
• Lead complex contract negotiations when needed
• Participate in preparations, strategy definition and meetings with the customer
• Coordinate with Legal Counsels in drafting and negotiations for assigned accounts
• Serve as first point of contact for all contractual matters for the sales/delivery team, coordinating with Legal
• Collaborate with delivery teams on gap analysis, project governance, changes, major subcontractors, and contract interpretation
• Draft and manage customer communications with contractual impact
• Ensure changes are recorded properly and performance is tracked
• Identify and manage risk areas in contract execution and support risk management processes
• Provide advice on contractual interpretation and assist in dispute resolution
• Develop external relationships with customer contract management, procurement teams, and third parties
• Develop trusted adviser relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
