Overview

In this role you will join a leading UK law firm in Norwich as a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL) to shape and share technical corporate knowledge. You will work with the national corporate team to develop knowledge resources, training, and best practices while tracking regulatory changes. You will drive innovation in how legal knowledge is captured and delivered, contributing to smarter service delivery. This is a technically focused, impact-driven role that combines law, training, and knowledge management to support a premier practice.

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE as a qualified Solicitor or equivalent
• strong technical background in corporate law
• experience in Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPOs or Corporate Restructuring (desirable)
• excellent communication and ability to explain complex developments
