Staff Product Manager, Issuing

Overview

As EMEA Product Lead for Stripe Issuing, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for card issuing in UK and Europe. You’ll work closely with users, GTM teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver scalable, compliant product experiences via APIs and UI. Your efforts will shape how customers manage card programs and drive Stripe Issuing’s growth in the region. This is a high-impact role at scale, combining user advocacy with GTM-aligned product leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Stripe Issuing in the UK and Europe to drive growth and alignment with regional needs
• Shape product strategy to help users manage card programs
• Partner with engineering to bring new Issuing solutions to UK/European markets
• Collaborate early with design, legal, risk, compliance, and engineering to craft user-centric product plans
• Own the EMEA roadmap and go-to-market, collaborating with product marketing
• Represent the voice of the user in product and API designs, collecting direct customer feedback
• Ensure scalable and performant product delivery

Key requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a product role
• Domain knowledge in financial products, especially card issuing and card networks
• Experience scaling products in collaboration with GTM teams
• Experience building platform and/or API products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear articulation of customer problems
• Ability to empathize with users and craft strong user experiences
