Senior IPS Lead Worker: Employment & Employer Engagement

Thames Reach is seeking a Lead Worker to join the Individual Placement Support Team in London. You will manage a client caseload, perform rapid job search, engage employers and provide on-the-job support, helping homeless and vulnerably housed people move towards independent employment.

The role requires experience in IPS fidelity, mentoring junior staff, strong stakeholder engagement, data reporting and cross-agency collaboration. Fixed-term contract, Lambeth location, salary £38,996 per annum.
