Are you passionate about creating meaningful digital connections and delivering outstanding online experiences?
The University of Winchester is seeking a proactive and creative Senior Digital Engagement Officer to engage prospective students and external audiences across social media, online communities, chatbot services and other digital channels. You’ll play a key role in shaping the prospective student journey, providing a welcoming, responsive and consistent experience from first enquiry through to enrolment.
This is an exciting time to join the team. Alongside growing our digital communities, you’ll contribute to the launch of the University’s new website, helping to create an engaging digital experience that supports student recruitment and the University’s future ambitions.
We’re looking for someone with experience in social media management, digital engagement and customer service, who combines strong communication skills with a data-driven and creative approach.
