HR Operations Partner – Employee Relations & Change Lead

Churchill Services is seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner to deliver expert employee relations and operational HR support across the Chequers division. You will report to the Head of HR and partner with operational teams to guide complex cases, drive change initiatives and shape the people agenda in a fast-growing, compliant environment.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 (or progress toward Level 7), a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
