Remote Employee Relations Advisor

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Ashton-under-Lyne is seeking a Band 4 Employee Relations Officer on a full-time, fixed-term 12-month basis. The role supports the Employee Relations team with absence management, policy interpretation, data analysis and advisory support to line managers, with flexible/home or remote working options.
