Social Work Assistant — Flexible, Impactful 6-Month Role

Perth and Kinross Council is seeking a Social Work Assistant on a fixed-term basis for 6 months in Perth. The role supports adults 16+ with social work interventions and care management, working 36 hours per week in the Perth City South Adult Social Work and Social Care Team.

The successful candidate will carry out outcome-focused assessments, negotiate flexible care packages delivered via Self Directed Support (SDS), and be registered with the SSSC (or willing to register within 6 months).
