Senior Project Engineer: Heritage Building Programme Lead

Wates Smartspace is seeking a Senior Project Engineer with strong project management to lead delivery on one of London’s iconic Grade II listed structures. You will plan and supervise temporary works and enabling activities, coordinating design consultants, subcontractors and site teams while preserving heritage fabric.

Lead the end-to-end delivery of logistics, coordination meetings and construction programmes, ensuring safety, quality and cost objectives.
