Senior HR Business Partner: Change & Employee Relations

Frazer Jones is partnering with a global healthcare tech to recruit a senior HR Business Partner for two UK & Ireland units on a 6-month FTC. The role focuses on employee relations, change management and delivering a positive employee experience during a significant transformation.

You will support managers across full lifecycle, coach leaders, handle complex ER casework, and partner with People Operations, Payroll and Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate data and compliant processes.
