Fractional Chief Medical Officer & Clinical Strategy Lead

Decently Ltd, operating Melo, is seeking a Fractional Clinical Lead / Chief Medical Officer to join as a part-time leader (approx. 10–15 hours per week) based in Manchester or remote within the UK.

You will shape clinical strategy, strengthen the evidence base, and ensure the platform remains clinically credible as adoption grows, collaborating with founders, product, design, and commercial teams.
