Commercial Manager (Construction) – UK (Hybrid)

Overview

In this role you will lead cutting-edge commercial management for complex construction projects, using digital tools to provide dynamic insights. You’ll own commercial outcomes from concept to close, while shaping cross-functional collaboration with PMs, planners and designers. You will innovate processes and drive digital transformation through our project controls-centric delivery. Responsibilities

• Supercharge client service with digital, insight-driven commercial management
• Oversee cradle-to-grave commercial activities from concept to close-out
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Innovate processes and propose new ways to exceed industry expectations
• Lead integration of project controls and digital workflows to maximise control
• Promote a digitally enhanced approach to commercial management beyond spreadsheets

Key requirements

• 10+ years of commercial management experience on construction projects
• Proficient English communication; additional languages a plus
• Leadership and people-management mindset
• Track record of delivering impact beyond basics in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to travel UK (biweekly) and Europe as opportunities arise
• Data Centre or high-tech project experience desirable
• Ability to develop and execute commercial strategies including budgeting, forecasting, risk management and cost control
• Proven success in negotiations with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
