Overview

In this role you will own and grow a designated PMI account, driving retention, revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will also support a major insurer relationship and work cross-functionally to deliver excellent service across Hospital and Physiotherapy services. You’ll identify commercial opportunities, shape strategies with Partnership Development Directors, and contribute to wider commercial objectives. Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a designated PMI account, focusing on relationship management, retention, revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Support a major insurer relationship with day-to-day account activity and contribute to broader commercial objectives.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to grow revenue across Hospital and Physiotherapy service lines, supporting portfolio targets.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring customer needs are understood and addressed.
  • Manage service performance, customer feedback and escalations, coordinating with internal teams to meet commitments.
  • Provide customer and market insight to inform product development, commercial initiatives, tender activity and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Digital and Clinical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key requirements

  • Experience in account management, commercial relationship management or business development in healthcare, insurance or similar complex service environments.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships while delivering revenue growth and commercial objectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills across multiple organisational levels.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to interpret performance data, identify opportunities and translate insights into action.
