RemotePass is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Employment product line: Global Payroll and Employer of Record, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a step-up role for a strong PM ready to own a domain and grow a team from day one.
You will drive roadmap decisions, engage with customers and operations, shape discovery-led practices, and coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and GTM to operate in a fully remote setup.
