Quantity Surveyor: Cost, Budgets & Contracts

Taylor Wimpey seeks a Commercial Manager to support procurement, commercial and contractual aspects across BU projects. You will liaise with site teams, subcontractors and JV partners to ensure cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality.

Key responsibilities include ensuring procedures align with TW manuals, forecasting WIP and cash flow, and managing budgets. You will work on cost reporting, CVR processes and on-site valuations, using COINS and Excel.
