Health & Safety Lead – Education & Care (ISO 45001)

The Witherslack Group seeks a Health and Safety Compliance Lead to drive a positive H&S culture across its education and care settings. You will act as the Competent Person, conduct audits, provide training, and help shape policies and training programmes. The role supports the ISO 45001 system and involves UK travel.

You will lead practical H&S guidance, deliver training, and work with multiple sites to ensure risk controls are effective and compliant, empowering teams to keep young people safe.
