Responsibilities

  • Invoice transfer to financial accounting
  • Analysis of postings of current merchandise management processes and balance sheet account maintenance in PC WAWI (in house stock management system) and SAP FI

Working directly with our Team Manager, you’ll help ensure we remain efficient, agile, and fully aligned with our business needs. In this role, you’ll support complex accounting matters, from monitoring goods accounting processes and designing smarter accounting workflows to leading goods accounting-specific year-end closing activities, including inventory. You’ll also take full ownership of fulfilling internal company guidelines and meeting all compliance and risk management requirements. Requirements

  • Professional accounting qualification/studying towards (ACCA or ACA) beneficial
  • Previous Accounting experience essential
  • Advanced, hands-on expertise in SAP FI
  • Exceptional ability to manage stakeholders and push through process changes
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to convey information to all levels of the business
  • Self-motivated with exemplary organisational skills, able to multi -task and manage their own work
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
