Cold Chain Technologies, based in Reading, is seeking an Account Manager to build and grow long-term relationships with an assigned portfolio of customer accounts. The role focuses on retention, satisfaction, and expansion, coordinating with Client Services, Marketing, Product/Engineering and Commercial Operations to shape commercial strategies and product development.
You will lead business reviews, obtain forecasts, and manage onboarding post-contract.
