Responsibilities
- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handle sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) and related transactions
- Oversee transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build transactions
- Work on shared ownership and Help to Buy matters
- Build and maintain relationships with local agents and clients
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process within a team
- Provide high-quality, client-focused service in a busy, supportive environment
Key requirements
- 3+ PQE
- Qualified as Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing and full process
- Ability to manage own caseload and work with local clients
