Responsibilities
- Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload (sales, purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership, leasehold)
- Support and supervise junior/administrative staff
- Contribute to business development activities for the practice
Key requirements
- Solicitor, CILEX or CLC-qualified with at least 3 years’ conveyancing experience
- Strong technical knowledge in conveyancing
- Excellent organisational skills
