Payroll & Benefits Specialist – Maternity Leave Cover

CDW is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join the Finance team on a 12-month maternity leave cover. You will support total compensation delivery and adjustments for over 1,600 coworkers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will manage coworker benefit schemes, input payroll data in Workday, produce reports, and liaise with managed payroll providers for overseas payrolls in Dubai, Ireland, Singapore, Australia and South Africa. Strong attention to detail and confidentiality required.
