Overview

In this role you will provide technical transfer pricing advice to Financial Services clients and manage multi-jurisdiction projects. You’ll act as the main client contact, coordinate across cross-functional teams, and drive profitable engagements. You’ll lead delivery, coach junior staff, and contribute to business development. This position sits at the intersection of advisory, tax, and client service, offering impact across banking, insurance, asset management, fintech, and trading sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical transfer pricing advice to Financial Services clients on a broad range of topics
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects across jurisdictions and oversee day-to-day delivery
  • Coordinate with transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax and advisory teams on topics
  • Oversee financial management including budgets and billing for profitable engagements
  • Coach and develop junior team members, including delivering training and on-the-job coaching
  • Ensure timely reporting to senior management
  • Identify new opportunities and support business development and market initiatives

Key requirements

  • CTA, CA, ACA, ACCA or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in economics, finance, law, accounting or equivalent
  • Extensive transfer pricing experience including documentation, benchmarking, tax value chain analyses, and handling tax authority enquiries/APAs
  • Strong judgement to identify and evaluate risk and know when to involve others
  • Analytical mindset with a commercial approach to resolving issues and advising clients
  • High drive, enthusiasm, and commercial awareness
  • Ability to stay technically up-to-date and develop the team’s capabilities
  • Autonomy and initiative in work
  • Understanding of ethical/risk issues in client service
  • Excellent people, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience in Financial Services is highly desirable
