Description
- Manage a commercial team of 3
- Cost analysis experience
- Margin analysis experience
- Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise cost efficiencies.
- Monitor and manage budgets to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to aid business planning.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal financial policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
Profile
A successful Commercial Accountant should have:
- Cost analysis experience
- Margin analysis experience
- A professional accounting qualification or equivalent education in Accounting & Finance.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting tools.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and practices.
- Confidence in working collaboratively across various teams.
