The Avenues Trust Group in West Malling is seeking compassionate Female Support Workers to assist seven adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern. The role provides meaningful daily activities and supports independence in home and community.
You will help with daily tasks, personal care when required, and build relationships with families. A full UK driving license is essential. Part-time contracts range 24–37.5 hours.
