Responsibilities

• Manage a residential property caseload from instruction to completion
• Handle transactions such as sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and related matters
• Support business development initiatives and cultivate relationships with referrers and professional contacts
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure high-quality service
• Work independently to manage a busy and varied workload
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to growth in the local market

Key requirements

• Strong technical knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload independently
• Initiative in developing client relationships
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
