Job Description:
Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust’s mental health and learning disabilities pharmacy team is forward‑thinking and patient‑focused. The post holder will join ward‑based teams on Stockport and Tameside, supporting medicines management, reconciliation and safe handling of medicines on the wards.
You will deliver training, contribute to audits, data collection and action planning, and work with the wider pharmacy team under the Chief Technician.
