Chief Risk Officer & UK Risk Change Leader

Zurich UK is seeking an experienced Chief Risk Officer for UK P&C and Head of UK Risk Change. You will provide independent second-line oversight, challenge and insight across UK P&C, ensuring risk-taking aligns with appetite, policy and regulatory expectations.

You will lead the UK Risk Change agenda, driving the evolution of risk reporting, data, AI and assurance capabilities, while partnering with senior leaders to enhance risk outcomes and decision-making across the business.
