Head of Building Repair Network & Contractor Partnerships

Hastings Direct is building a robust home repair network for Home Claims customers across Leicester, London or Bexhill, with a flexible hybrid setup. You will lead the network, secure right contractors, and drive safer, quicker repairs at fair costs while delivering excellent customer service.

You will collaborate with MI and internal teams to continuously improve performance, focusing on cost, quality and customer outcomes.
