Overview

You will own the live AI learning experience from intake to wrap-up, orchestrating AI Bootcamps and enablement programs. You’ll align speakers, secure venues, manage invitations, and ensure transparent communications with participants and managers. Partnering with AI Hub and L&D, you’ll co-create hands-on tasks, capstones, and rubrics, while safeguarding reporting accuracy and success metrics. Your work drives scalable, high-impact learning events that support outcomes across cohorts and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • AI Bootcamp ownership: plan and deliver multi-day Bootcamps end-to-end (agenda, speaker lineup, mentor staffing, locations/virtual setup, run-of-show, recordings); define capacity targets and success measures per cohort
  • Events portfolio: produce and support AI webinars, hackathons, roadshows, and enablement sessions; create facilitator kits and day-of roles
  • Speakers & mentors: align topics and speakers; confirm mentor availability and ratios; brief presenters with goals, timeboxes, and demo scripts; run technical checks
  • Participant operations: drive transparent communications to nominees, participants, and managers; manage invites, prep packets, prerequisites, expectations, logistics; handle waitlists and substitutions
  • Cohort formation: coordinate nomination intake with AI champions; collect project ideas and team lists; verify prerequisites and diversity of roles/locations
  • On-the-day excellence: host and time-keep; triage blockers; capture Q&A and artifacts for reuse
  • Success tracking: ensure attendance, completion, capstone outcomes, certification tracking; publish cohort recaps and insights
  • Catalog hygiene: ensure recordings, slides, and artifacts are tagged and published to repositories (LXP/LMS, SharePoint) following brand, accessibility, and governance standards

Key requirements

  • End-to-end live event production experience (virtual and in-person)
  • Cohort-building and logistics management, including risk planning
  • Curriculum design and assessment development (hands-on tasks, labs, rubrics, capstones)
  • Platforms & data proficiency: Teams/Stream, SharePoint, Forms, Saba/Oracle, Degreed; analytics dashboards (Power BI)
