Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive searches for executive and senior leadership positions across various industries.
• Develop and execute targeted headhunting strategies to identify passive candidates of the highest caliber.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Manage the entire executive search process, including client briefing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment consultancy.
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior leadership roles with reputable organizations.
• Extensive network of contacts within relevant industries and at executive levels.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, discretion, and professionalism.
