Disabled Children’s Social Worker – Flexible Impact

Kent County Council in Whitstable is seeking a full-time Social Worker for the Disabled Children’s Team East. You will work with Senior Practitioners, Social Workers, and other professionals to support children with severe disabilities, handling cases through the care pathway from assessment to permanence.
