CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing law firm in Wakefield to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding Wills & Probate team.This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking to join an established team and work alongside an experienced Private Client Solicitor within a supportive and collaborative environment.The successful candidate will become an important part of the firm’s continued growth within its Wills & Probate department, taking responsibility for their own caseload while benefiting from the support and experience of an established team.
The Role
The successful Private Client Solicitor will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, with work likely to include:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Advising clients on a range of private client matters
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service
About you
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with experience within Private Client/Wills & Probate
- Have experience managing their own caseload
- Have strong technical knowledge across a range of private client matters
- Be confident dealing directly with clients
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be commercially aware and committed to providing a high level of client service
- Be keen to develop their career within an established and growing team
