Synthesia is seeking a Research Scientist to advance diffusion-based video avatar generation. You will work within the Interactive Avatars team to build real-time, human-like avatar agents that listen, respond, and react using multimodal inputs.
You will publish and translate research into production-ready models, collaborating with data and engineering teams to scale experiments and ship capabilities that power AI video agents.
