Planner – Staff – London

Overview

In this role you will support major energy projects across design and construction phases, including pre-FEED, FEED and EPC. You will develop logic-based project schedules, integrate project controls, and contribute to cost control with regular schedule updates. The role spans oil & gas, wind and renewable energy onshore/offshore, collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform project decisions. Responsibilities

• Develop detailed logic-based project plans using Primavera P6
• Support cost control activities within project delivery
• Produce monthly planning reports, resource updates and projections
• Create ad hoc reports highlighting schedule impacts and progress
• Attend planning and progress meetings and prepare information for stakeholders
• Ensure integration of project control procedures into delivery processes
• Provide expert scheduling updates on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Support multiple projects at various stages (pre-FEED, FEED, EPC) in energy sectors

Key requirements

• Proficiency with Primavera P6
• Experience supporting major energy projects during FEED (LNG, petrochemical or refining)
• Site experience beneficial but not required
• Strong planning, organizing, communication, teamwork and problem-solving
• Good numeracy, literacy and IT knowledge
