Overview

In this role, you will lead UK tax reporting for EY’s Funds Tax clients and drive delivery of complex advisory projects. You will work within EY’s Funds Tax team in London, collaborating with cross‑functional colleagues to support multi‑country engagements. You will mentor junior colleagues, contribute to team capability and people initiatives, and help expand new business opportunities. Responsibilities

• Oversee UK tax reporting delivery for the client base
• Manage delivery of technically complex consulting projects with technical excellence and business-focused outcomes
• Pursue business development opportunities across EY service lines
• Provide development support to junior team members through supervision, coaching and mentoring
• Contribute to people initiatives, including training and retention efforts
• Lead team strategy and operations and oversee junior staff development and assignments

Key requirements

• ACA / Law qualification / Tax specialist qualification or equivalent
• Strong tax technical skills
• Business development ability to identify and convert opportunities
