Clinical Deputy Manager – Care Home Leadership

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Deputy Manager (Clinical) to support the Home Manager and ensure safe, compassionate nursing care in line with regulatory standards. You will provide clinical leadership to the care and nursing teams, promoting dignity, choice and wellbeing for residents.

You will oversee clinical governance, medication management and care plans, mentor staff, conduct audits and liaise with families and professionals to maintain continuity of high-quality care across the home.
