Assistant Sushi Chef — Japanese & Pan-Asian Kitchen

WOW Simply Japanese in Greater London is hiring an entry-level, full-time Assistant Chef / Sushi Chef to support kitchen operations and prepare pan-Asian dishes. Knowledge of Japanese or other pan-Asian cuisine, and basic sushi making, fish and meat preparation, are essential.

You will work under the head chef, maintain cleanliness, assist with mise en place, and help deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced setting.
