Prison Custody Officer – Safeguard, Support & Rehabilitation

HMP Bronzefield, operated by Sodexo Justice Services, is expanding its Prison Custody Officer team in Ashford. This is a meaningful role where you contribute to safety, rehabilitation and helping prisoners develop new skills.

You’ll be responsible for security, supervising movements, reporting, and collaborating with staff and partner agencies to reduce reoffending. Training is provided and veterans are welcome.
