Senior Corporate & Commercial Counsel — Strategic Legal Lead

Rentokil Initial are seeking an Inhouse Senior Legal Counsel to join our UK/Irish business. The role focuses on corporate and commercial work with a notably varied portfolio, requiring a seasoned commercial lawyer with at least 5 years PQE.

You will negotiate, draft and interpret complex contracts, provide strategic risk advice, and collaborate with external counsel where needed to support business growth.
