A great opportunity for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel (Corporate) to join a high-growth global fintech with a busy, ambitious legal team.

This is a hands-on role with plenty to get your teeth into, supporting a broad range of corporate work including M&A, financings, strategic investments, reorganisations, governance and wider corporate projects.

You’ll join a team experiencing significant growth, working closely with senior stakeholders and taking real ownership of matters from day one. It’s an ideal role for someone who enjoys pace, variety and getting stuck into complex, commercially focused work.

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years’ PQE with a strong corporate background
• UK, US or other common-law qualification
• Strong transactional experience, ideally including international matters
• Excellent commercial judgement and communication skills
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, pragmatic and happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
