EMEA Senior Tax Leader: Commodities Trading, C-Suite Access

Nebula Partners, a private commodity trader with operations on three continents, is seeking a Senior/Group Tax Manager in the UK. You will own UK corporate tax compliance, reporting, and transfer pricing, and act as a hands-on in-house tax professional.

Reporting to the CFO and working with tax colleagues across the US and UAE, you will oversee tax accounting, year-end provisions, and advisory on OECD Pillar Two, with a strong focus on practical risk management and process improvements.
