VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with our client, a well-established Public Sector Organisation based in the Greater Belfast area, in their search for a Marketing & Campaigns lead on an inital 6 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative marketing initiatives in an established Public Sector Organisaiton.

About you
- A minimum of three years’ experience leading impactful marketing campaigns in a similar environment
- Relevant degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or related fields
- Proven knowledge of creative production processes, including design and print management
- Expertise in digital marketing, including social media strategy and paid advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Excellent copywriting, proof-reading, and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
What you’ll do
- Develop and deliver engaging, insight-driven marketing campaigns to promote the organisation and increase visitor numbers
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for digital and print channels, ensuring consistency with each brand’s tone of voice
- Manage relationships with media agencies, partners, and suppliers to optimise campaign delivery and effectiveness
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Monitor performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and optimise future strategies
- Attend events and produce real-time social media content to enhance audience engagement
