DescriptionWe are hiring for our client, a respected joinery manufacturer in Cookstown, who is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join their team. This Project Coordinator job offers real ownership, with the opportunity to lead projects from order receipt through to ex works, ensuring each one is delivered on time, within scope and fully fire compliant.   • The Role

    • Coordinate information flow from order receipt through planning and manufacture to ex works

    • Take the project lead post order, aligning product approvals with client programmes and lead times

    • Ensure products meet fire, security and Building Regulations requirements

    • Identify value engineering opportunities with the Technical Team and flag variation costs to clients

    • Oversee production batch information and agree priority sequencing

    • Monitor timelines and maintain organised project records and reporting

    The Person

    • 1+ years’ experience in a project role (essential)

    • Joinery or manufacturing experience

    • Excellent time management and organisational skills

    • Strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting

    • Effective communicator who collaborates well with diverse teams
