People & Culture HR Coordinator for Fast‑Growth Tech

SYOS Aerospace in the UK is seeking an HR Coordinator who wants more than administration. You’ll help build the employee experience from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and offboarding, working with the People & Culture team and hiring managers in a fast-moving engineering business.

This fixed-term contract (up to 12 months) is on-site in Fareham and offers flexible hours (20–40 per week). You’ll manage interviews, vetting, records and HR processes to support growth and staff wellbeing.
