Hotel Reservations & Revenue Specialist

The Kensington Collection & SafeStay Holland Park in the UK is seeking a Reservationist to maximise accommodation revenue by handling reservations efficiently and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work across properties, ensuring booking accuracy and strong guest communication.

You will manage bookings via phone, email and online channels, upsell packages, coordinate with front office and revenue management, and maintain rate parity across OTAs.
